Blagoje Grahovac, retired Lieutenant General
entitled
Lieutenant General Blagoje Grahovac, a retired aviation general, is an analyst of geopolitical and socio-political processes in the region and guest lecturer at several universities in the Balkans. He served as the Assistant Chief of the General Staff of the Yugoslav Army – Aviation. He was an advisor to the President of the Republic of Montenegro; to the President of the State Union of Serbia and Montenegro as well as to the President of the Parliament of Montenegro.
In his introductory lecture General Grahovac will present his views on current state of worlds affairs in the light of the war in Ukraine, the war between Israel and Hamas, and events in the Balkans and in the EU. His lecture will serve as a starting point for a discussion on the establishment of a new world order.
In the discussion will participate:

● Prof. Dr. Iztok Podbregar, Dean of the Faculty of Organizational Sciences of the University of Maribor, former Chief of the General Staff of the Slovenian Army with the rank of Lieutenant General and Director of the Slovenian Security Intelligence Agency (SOVA),
● Assoc. Prof. Dr. Zijad Bećirović, Director of the International Institute IFIMES, as a moderator
The event will be held in the Slovenian language and the languages of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
