Stjepan Mesić was the President of the Republic of Croatia in the period from 2000 to 2010. As chairman of the SFRY Presidency he witnessed the events during the disintegration of former Yugoslavia and the formation of new states in its territory. The conversation is an opportunity to reminisce about the recent past and how we can build a better and more certain future for everyone by properly dealing with the past.

 

The discussion will be led by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Zijad Bećirović, director of IFIMES.
