entitled

"REFLECTIONS ON THE STATEHOOD AND POLITICAL DEVELOPMENT OF BOSNIA AND HERZEGOVINA"


which will be held on Thursday, 5 May 2011, at 16.00 h
at Center Evropa, Dalmatinova 4, Ljubljana.


Dr. Mirko Pejanović's book, which is in the original entitled "Ogledi o državnosti i političkom razvoju BiH", represents a valuable contribution to scientific studies on the extremely complex issues related to the status of Bosnia and Herzegovina, its socio-political development and the future. In his book Dr. Pejanović, professor and dean at the Faculty of Political Sciences of the University of Sarajevo, offers answers to the questions on the complicated constitutional, political and other special aspects of Bosnia and Herzegovina as well as on the eventual accession to the EU and NATO.

Besides the author the book will be presented by:

- Dr. Danica Fink Hafner, full professor at the Faculty of Social Sciences, University of Ljubljana,
- Jelko Kacin, MEP and Vice-Chair of the EP Delegation for South-East Europe and EP rapporteur for Serbia,
- Dr. Drago Zajc, associate professor at the Faculty of Social Sciences, University of Ljubljana, and
- Zijad Bećirović, M.A., Director of the IFIMES International Institute, who will moderate the discussion.
