Former Prime Minister of the Republic of Serbia (2003-2004) Mr. Zoran Živković is coming to Slovenia for a three-day visit upon the invitation of the International Institute for Middle-East and Balkan Studies (IFIMES) from Ljubljana.

The IFIMES International Institute, Government Public Relations and Media Office and Center Evropa invite you kindly to take part at the lecture entitled:


which will be held on 8 May 2006 at 16.00 h in the auditorium of Center Evropa at Dalmatinova 4 in Ljubljana.

The lecture will be delivered by Zoran Živković, former Prime Minister of the Republic of Serbia.

Mr. Zoran Živković, former Serbian Prime Minister and Minister of the Interior Affairs of ZRJ, is one of the leading initiators of democratic changes in Serbia. During the previous decade his political life was marked by the opposition activities within Đinđić's Democratic Party (DS) and DOS. After the assassination of his predecessor he successfully continued his work and in the opinion of the public he is the true political successor to Zoran Đinđić.

The lecture will be given in the Serbian language.

The lecture will be followed by a discussion which will be moderated by dr. Milan Jazbec and Zijad Bećirović, M.A.
