retired Lieutenant General

Lieutenant General Blagoje Grahovac, a retired aviation general, is a columnist for the independent daily newspaper Vijesti from Podgorica. He is known as an analyst for geopolitical and socio-political processes in the region. As a guest lecturer, he teaches at several universities in the Balkans. He analyzes current developments in the Balkans and the world in the light of geopolitics. He served as Assistant to the Chief of the General Staff of the Yugoslav Army for Aviation. He was an advisor to the President of the Republic of Montenegro, an adviser to the President of the State Union of Serbia and Montenegro and an adviser to the President of the Parliament of Montenegro.
He is the author of blockbusters published by Laguna (Belgrade), such as: Voices from the Deaf Room, Banditos or Killers of Countries, Three Tsunamis or Europe Wounded and five books published by Daily Press: Dangerous Things, Face of nation, Geopolitics and the Balkans, Geopolitical rebus and Brothers in Stupidity.
The lecture will be delivered in Serbian and will be followed by a discussion with the guest lecturer moderated by Assist. Prof. Dr. Zijad Bećirović and Bakhatyar Aljaf.
