"EUROSCEPTICISM"

in the Auditorium of Center Evropa at Dalmatinova 4 in Ljubljana

At the beginning of this year the Political Science Research Centre (CPI) from Zagreb published the latest book by professor Anđelko Milardović entitled "Three Essays on Euroscepticism - The Semiotics of Euroscepticism" (in Croatian: Tri eseja o euroskepticizmu). The book represents a valuable contribution to the understanding of euroscepticism. In the first essay the author presents Europe and euroscepticism, in the second one he discusses euroscepticism within religious groups and in the third one he investigates the phenomenon of euroscepticism in Croatia. The final part of the book presents the results of a survey on Croatian public opinion about EU accession.

The book on euroscepticism by Dr. Milardović will be presented by:

- Professor Anđelko Milardović, PhD, the author of the book, scientific advisor at the Institute for Migrations and Ethnic Studies in Zagreb and head of the Political Science Research Centre in Zagreb,
- Professor Jože Menciger, PhD, Professor at the Faculty of Law, University of Ljubljana.
- Jelko Kacin, MEP and Vice-Chair of the EP Delegation for South-East Europe and EP rapporteur for Serbia, and
- Matej Accetto, PhD, Assistant Professor of European Law at the Faculty of Law, University of Ljubljana.

The round table will be held in the Slovenian language and moderated by Zijad Bećirović.
