World challenges in 2011

"WORLD CHALLENGES IN 2011"

which will be delivered by

Budimir Lončar

President of the Advisory Board of IFIMES International Institute.


The lecture will take place on Thursday, 13 January 2011, at 16.00,
in the Auditorium of Center Evropa at Dalmatinova 4 in Ljubljana.


Budimir Lončar will talk about challenges and principals trends in international relations in 2011.

The lecturer is currently Chairman of the Council for Foreign Affairs and International Relations of the President of the Republic of Croatia Dr. Ivo Josipović.
He was last Minister of Foreign Affairs of SFR Yugoslavia 1987-1991. He served as Special Envoy of UN Secretary General for the Nonalignment Movement, Special Advisor to the President of the Republic of Croatia Mr. Stjepan Mesić 2004-2010, he was Ambassador of SFR Yugoslavia to Washington, Bonn and Jakarta. He is a Vice-President of the World Council of Former Foreign Ministers.

The lecture will be delivered in the Croatian language and will be followed by a discussion with the guest lecturer which will be moderated by Zijad Bećirović and Bakhatyar Aljaf.
