We are witnessing numerous and rapid changes in the modern world. Ascent of Asia, energy and communication revolution, increased security threats, refugee/migrant crisis. These are just some of the challenges of the modern world. We know the world today, what will be tomorrow? What are the prospects for a new EU enlargement, the perspective of the Euro-Atlantic Alliance and the new international order? What resources have the world and individual countries available to meet numerous challenges?

These and other issues will be discussed at the round table by:

  • Stjepan Mesić, former President of the Republic of Croatia
  • Prof. Dr. Ernest Petrič, former President of the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Slovenia, former Slovenian ambassador to the UN, member and former president of ILC UN
  • Budimir Lončar, former Minister of Foreign Affairs of the SFRY

The round table will be delivered in Slovenian/Croat and will be followed by a discussion with the panelist moderated by Assist. Prof. Dr. Zijad Bećirović.
