COLLAPSE OF THE JUDICIAL SYSTEM IN SERBIA
The International Institute for Middle-East and Balkan Studies (IFIMES) in Ljubljana, Slovenia, regularly analyses events in the Middle East and the Balkans. IFIMES has analysed the current events in Serbia with a special emphasis on Serbia's accession to EU membership and the functioning of its judicial system after the crisis which has escalated due the non-reelection of numerous judges and prosecutors.
